What is a Red Flag?

A red flag raised to you, the Client, as soon as they are determined. Red flags are:

  • any discrepancy of information presented by the Candidate

  • inability to obtain a reference, poor reference or dismissal from a previous employer;

  • discrepancies in job titles or professional standing;

  • fraudulent documentation;

  • Criminal record (undisclosed)

  • Undisclosed directorships

  • Social media - any encouragement of inappropriate social behaviour (eg sexism, racism, promotion of violence or hate crimes)

Employment verifications involve a soft touch approach from our expert team, ensuring the best possibility for accurate and timely results. Dates of employment are verified, role and duties verified. Personal references obtained if available. All references are saught using direct written communication with the Employer. All documentation obtained remains the property of the Client. Orna International Pty Ltd obtains data, and stores for up to one month according to GDPR and Australian Data Protection principles.
